Join us for Celebrity Bartender Happy Hour on Tuesday, April 8th at the Capital City Club to support the Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation!
Jesse Epting, Chair of the Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation, will put his skills at mixology on display as a Celebrity Bartender as part of a fundraising event on Tuesday, April 8 to benefit the Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation.
The public is invited to the Capital City Club on the 25th Floor of the BB&T Building at Main and Gervais streets to put Mr. Epting skills to the test. The Celebrity Bartender Happy Hour will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on April 8.
The event is one in a series of happy hours at the club to help local charities raise funds for their missions. The Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation is a non-profit that supports the City of Columbia’s park programs and activities.
Complimentary Hors D’oeuvres will be served and all tips generated will go to support the foundation. If you cannot attend and would like to support our efforts, donations may be made through our online donation form.
The featured cocktail for the evening will be the Old Fashioned, which dates back to 1806 when a Louisville, KY, bartender invented the drink. In recent years, the drink has seen a resurgence because of the Mad Men television series.
